Maintenance & Troubleshoot Windows based Server like Active Directory, Exchange Server 2016, Property Management system (Opera), Micros Symphony POS Systems, HSIA, Backup system through TAP Drive, Material Control system, SUN accounting System, Payroll system, HRIS system, File Server, Sage (PFW) accounting system etc. and also Mikrotik including IPTV system, Avaya IP PABX System associated with FCS. Regular supervision for daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs. Responsibilities are to Troubleshoot, Diagnose and solve Network, Software or Hardware faults also replacing parts as required for Admin Users. Test and evaluate new technology. Liaise with International Suppliers and Local Suppliers through Email/Telephone for various issues and ISP’s as well. Claim suppliers for any kind of Software/ Hardware conflicts and follow up all those claims and also document/archive them for further use. Maintain all IT Asset Inventory with movement tracking and update through a local software. Review daily logs and reports to detect recurring slowdowns or errors. Assisted IT Manager during InterContinental Dhaka (Pre-Opening) Project transition, Migrations, up gradation and new roll outs. Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Main responsibility was to maintain LAN, WAN also trouble shoots various pc’s problem. Maintain all IT Asset Inventory with movement tracking and update through a local software. Perform other duties as when required.
