Data Analyst Intern
CurrentIn my role as a Data Analyst, I bring a dual focus on website analytics and quality control (QC) data to provide comprehensive insights that drive key decisions in the pharmaceutical industry.I work extensively with QC data in Excel, employing data analytics functions such as Text to Columns, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables, as well as data cleaning techniques, to efficiently manage, analyze, and interpret complex datasets. By identifying trends, tracking quality metrics, and ensuring data accuracy, I deliver customized reports and visualizations that highlight improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making across processes, ultimately contributing to operational efficiency and business success. On the analytics side, I specialize in advanced Google Analytics 4 (GA4) techniques, leveraging tools like custom reports, funnel visualizations, and audience segmentation to analyze user engagement metrics across therapeutic websites. With Google Tag Manager (GTM), I enhance tracking accuracy, while Excel serves as the final layer for data visualization, enabling stakeholders to gain clear, actionable insights. In my role, I engage with stakeholders from various affiliated countries to first understand their unique business goals. This initial discussion allows me to identify the relevant data needed from Google Analytics 4 (GA4). I then translate these insights into actionable metrics and present the findings in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, ensuring that all stakeholders, regardless of their technical expertise, can grasp the implications of the data and make informed decisions. In addition to analyzing data, my role involves translating complex datasets into clear and understandable formats, ensuring that even non-technical stakeholders can easily grasp the insights and make informed decisions based on the information provided.Starting in 2025, I will also leverage Power BI to enhance my data visualization capabilities.
