• Launched Onnow with backing from Silicon Valley and Korean VCs, hitting the ground running during the pandemic and reaching 300,000 households while keeping 40% gross margins per order. We almost hit $1M in revenue, but extreme high inflation, low disposable income, and the need for convenience took a toll. • We failed to build the team/company needed to scale from $1M to $100M. Learned a lot along the way.

• Taught business subjects like Business Principles, Principles of Marketing and Applied Research in International Trade Management to a diverse set of around 300 students per term (38 Hours/Week) from Business General and International Business Management programs• Utilized a variety of instructional strategies, techniques and delivery methods designed to meet the individualized learning styles of international students• At regular intervals, gave valuable feedback and suggestion to Program Managers and Coordinators helping them to implement plans and process improvements for program activities• Partnered with a 129-year old charity in Toronto, Fred Victor, and led students in the Leadership and Ethics (IBM) course to create community care kits for individuals facing homelessness, which resulted in NCT earning heartfelt appreciation from Fred Victor.

• Collaborated with the academic team to pioneer and design the inaugural Digital Marketing course for MBA students, achieving approval and accreditation from the esteemed University Grants Commission.• Participated in the development of new qualifications, programs of study and courses • Taught Digital Marketing topics like Social Media, Inbound Marketing, Facebook Ad, Google Ads, Analytics and SEO to over 300 MBA students of the university, with 2800 hours of total teaching experience• Applied relevant industry skills and knowledge relating to the area of instruction, including ongoing professional development and continuous improvement• Advised staff in all areas of the institute, teaching and non-teaching, on approaches and practices in self-assessment
