• Lead a team of HSE and Tech professionals to remotely manage 40+ companies' HSE and Transportation Programs• Provide fractional HSE Solutions to SME’s with a team of advisors, coordinators, administrators and claims management experts to provide companies with a cost-effective solutions for expert program management• Implement tech solutions to support HSE, Transportation, and Quality Management Programs • Define and manage KPI’s for clients to create live-time analytics dashboards for process oversight to empower data-driven decision-making• Consult on and provide implementation support for business growth including new divisions, mergers and acquisitions, jurisdictional expansion, etc. • Consult on and provide implementation support for organizational risk assessments• Provide HSE professionals for Capital Projects and Turnarounds across Western Canada• Conduct webinars to coach and mentor client leadership and HSE personnel in effective HSE strategies to mitigate risk, reduce costs, and improve organizational accountability • Continuously evolve HSG’s service offering to better support out clients

• Assist SME’s in developing, implementing and managing HSE (COR/SECOR) and Transportation (NSC) management systems• Conduct assessment and planning processes for new divisions, mergers and acquisitions, jurisdictional expansion, etc. • Implement various HSE software solutions to improve administrative and management processes • Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and risk assessments for organizations• Conduct internal and external COR Auditing• Conduct remote and on-site Emergency Response and Incident & Accident Management and Investigation• Liaise and manage insurance claims• Manage WCB Claims and conduct WCB Claim reviews and appeals• Conduct and develop Physical Demands Analysis and Ergonomic Assessments• Develop Project and Site-Specific Safety Execution Plans, Emergency Response Plans, Security Plans, etc. • Develop Prime Contractor Programs to ensure compliance with OHS requirements• Staff and oversee safety personnel for Capital Projects and Turnarounds• Remote oversite of a team of safety field personnel including coaching and mentorship • Development and Facilitation of Group Training • Full support for compliance site management: ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.
