My responsibilities include in charge of rotary machines maintenance of CDU1, HDS1 & CRU1 in Basra Refinery.- Provide daily support to the maintenance shift in troubleshooting & maintenance optimization.- Ensure maintenance activities are prepared /executed in accordance with HSE requirements.- Issue weekly, monthly, & yearly reports detailing maintenance activities, & equipment reliability analysis.- Prepare the maintenance procedure & specification.- Make request for spare parts for Rotating Equipment.- Investigate Pumps, Steam Turbines, Compressors, Air cooling fans & Electrical Motors trips with root-cause analysis.- Evaluate equipment reliability through statistical analysis of maintenance job order & trips.- Make alignment of Rotating Equipment in unit.- Participate in project activities as required.- Provide engineering support to commissioning & start-up of new projects, including inspection of internal, etc.

Iraq

1- July 2002 to Oct 2008 , As rotary machines (Pumps, Steam Turbines, Compressors, Air cooling fans & Electrical Motors) maintenance engineer of CDU1 , HDS1 & CRU1 units in SRC Basra Refinery( The second largest oil refinery in Iraq)2- Oct 2008 to July 2012, As Maintenance engineer of IC engines & Heavy duty Equipment.3- Jan 2011 to Jan 2012, Member of Bids Studying & Analyzing Committee in SRC to Bids evaluation, Bidders qualification.- Projects: 3888 hours as Maintenance Engineer & 660 hours as Procurement Engineer, 1- Apr 2005 to Aug 2005, Slack Wax Loading Station in SRC Basra Refinery Project, Executive Engineer of rotary machines installation works & activities. 2- Nov 2005 to Jun 2006, SRC Basra Refinery’s CDU1, HDS1, CRU1, CDU2, HDS2 & CRU2 units Overhaul Maintenance Project, Executive Engineer of machines (Pumps, Steam Turbines, Compressors, Air cooling fans & Electrical Motors) maintenance works & activities.3- Aug 2006 to Nov 2006, SRC Basra Refinery’s LPG treating Unit Project, Stakeholder Engineer of preparation of Rotary machines technical specification & requirements in Planning stage of project.4- Jan 2011 to Mar 2012, SRC Basra refinery Rehabilitation Feasibility Study, participant as procurement Engineer in Basra refinery Rehabilitation Feasibility Study with Shaw Energy & Chemicals(Shaw)
