My responsibilities include in charge of rotary machines maintenance of CDU1, HDS1 & CRU1 in Basra Refinery.- Provide daily support to the maintenance shift in troubleshooting & maintenance optimization.- Ensure maintenance activities are prepared /executed in accordance with HSE requirements.- Issue weekly, monthly, & yearly reports detailing maintenance activities, & equipment reliability analysis.- Prepare the maintenance procedure & specification.- Make request for spare parts for Rotating Equipment.- Investigate Pumps, Steam Turbines, Compressors, Air cooling fans & Electrical Motors trips with root-cause analysis.- Evaluate equipment reliability through statistical analysis of maintenance job order & trips.- Make alignment of Rotating Equipment in unit.- Participate in project activities as required.- Provide engineering support to commissioning & start-up of new projects, including inspection of internal, etc.
