I find joy in building and the challenges it comes along with. Impact at magnitude gravitates me, and doing things with rigor and ownership fulfills me. Currently building a pan-India partnership network for NAKAD.In my previous organization (SV Agri, an agri-based start-up focused on designing and manufacturing solutions for snacks processing industry) I was employee no 9 and joined as a core team member constituting 5 people including the co-founders. During 5 years of my work there, played a pivotal role in 12x growth of the division. While taking care of Operations, reduced Operations Cost by 15% and added capacity by 3x.While I took care of Sales , Average Annual Revenue grew by 150%. During my work break (Aug 21- Aug 22) I was involved in caregiving, executing a set of responsibilities on family's front, jamming on a couple of start-up ideas, and getting more wind on business management via Stoa (an online Business Management program). Back in the playground with zeal and a more nurtured self. And while am it, I want to keep witnessing Eluid Kipchoge weave magic on marathon tracks, Vijay Sethupathi give sublime performances, Adesanya winning fights & Women breaking glass ceilings.
