Production Optimization:- Led Production facility for managing day to day operations, includes bulk receipt, blending along with filling of drums, pails and tank lorries.- Ensuring adherence to production plan of filling and blending, efficient and optimized production by stakeholder alignment, maintaining highest levels of production quality, resolving the issues by stakeholder engagement, handling of product promotions and adapting for rapid changes in product requirements.- Strong follow up with linked stakeholders- To identify, qualify and develop business process to improve the current business processes.- Managing and reconciling of stock levels.- Implementing CI tools lean, six sigma, 5S and others to improve performance.- End to end optimisation of lot sizes and production sequence, in order to reduce costs.- Coordination with commercial team to make them ensure availability of Product as committed in Production Plan.- Development of maintenance plan to eradicate breakdown and enhance the efficiency of the production.- Ensuring that all staff complies with all HSSE policies and procedures, I am responsible to.- Responsible for taking timely production order entries in SAP, also for creating and maintaining SAP plant maintenance notifications.Planning:- Optimization of production plan/orders taking into account all , resources, materials availability, Production Schedule Adherence (PSA), On Time in Full (OTIF), plant requirements/restrictions such as available capacities, plant structure, HSSE and quality. - Responsible for daily monitoring of progress of the agreed schedule and update.- Provides input for root cause analysis (RCA) for PSA and OTIF within area of control.- Interface and coordination with relevant supply planner.- Alignment of planned maintenance activities vs production plan with the maintenance team.- Responsible for managing BOMs/formulation changes to work around raw material shortages and to minimize COGS.
