Learned biases and how to overcome research data with open-mindedness together with the team.3. Empathize with users by observing their reactions during usability tests.4. Started from a single room from a client, I got trusted to call out my creativity to a new design discipline that I might want to learn more about. And to be sure I'm all filled with excitement since Design is bigger than ID.
