Here are six things about me and my work that you should know: 1) I spent the last 10 years diving into the alchemy of community bonding and collaborative social innovation throughout 6 countries (and counting). Being deeply rooted in diverse contexts from favelas to indigenous communities, allowed me to develop a multidisciplinary, empathic, and intuitive approach to community development, social empowerment, and resilience. Versatility in achieving great impact and goals is my super talent.2)Autonomy is as important for me as collaborative work. That's why I have managed to create a collaborative and participatory process to execute pretty much all projects I have worked on and endeavored. I am oddly comfortable with decision-making, change, and ongoing collaboration. 3) From student representative, to leading volunteer projects I have learned that “with great power comes great responsibility”. I guess that's how I gathered experience to occupy executive roles and lead high-performance projects, engage diverse teams, solve complex work challenges and manage six-figure budgets with ease and good humor. 4) I have designed and facilitated experiences and methods for individuals and groups of up to 300 people in intense and transformative learning journeys from leadership, creativity, and change management to women's rights, intersectionalities, and antiracism.5) “I don't know if this place is too small or if everyone knows you”. I have shaken hands with the President of Paraguay, hung with the most famous band around, discussed gentrification with the President of the European Council, participated in very private meetings of the elders of different indigenous ethnicities on their villages, shared meals with high-level executives as well as people with no houses. What can I say? I take the whole networking and netweaving extremely seriously. Plus. I love people.6) If money wasn't a problem and I could choose anything to work with, I would choose exactly what I do. But on the beach.Contact me for collaborations in Africa, Europe or South Africa.
