As the Agri-tech Accelerator Project Specialist at CGIAR A4IP, I spearhead the management of innovation challenge programs in Colombia and Kenya, driving impactful solutions in the agri-tech sector. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, I ensure the successful implementation of projects and fostered a culture of innovation to address food security challenges in our target countries.

- Creating a successful ‘ADB Challenges’ Open Innovation program for ADB.- Leading end-to-end online innovation challenge process, and launching 50+ global innovation challenges on behalf of ADB departments across the bank.- Coordinating the establishment of the global ‘Moonshots for Development’ (M4D) coalition including innovation arms of Multi-lateral Development Banks (MDBs) and International Financial Institutions. - Program management of the M4D coalition’s first major initiative to co-finance piloting of AI solutions for Climate Resilience in Rural Areas.- Organizing strategic workshops, work planning, and global event coordination for M4D Coalition in Singapore, the Philippines, and Italy. - Managing internal clients, organizing vision workshops and creating effective plans of actions for project execution.- Building, coordinating, and maintaining partnerships with external organizations and experts.- Overseeing internal and external communication campaigns related to the Open Innovation Program and its ongoing activities.

Programme management and coordination at the United Nations Technology Innovation Labs (UNTIL).- Spearheaded the coordination, partnership, and launch for the establishment of the United Nations Technology Innovation Lab (UNTIL) in Finland.- Focused on a range of activities (e.g. feasibility study, planning, negotiations, and coordination) between the host government, private sector, NGOs, startups, and the UN.- Aligned expectations and deliveries between the host government and the UN around the establishment of the new office in the host country.- Designed and ran five workshops with the key stakeholders to facilitate cross-disciplinary dialogue and ideation around establishment of the Finland lab. - Built a collaboration network of approx. 200 key collaborators around the labs. - Designed and ran UNTIL lab initiation workshops. - Created the foundation for the day-to-day operation in the Finnish country lab. - Initiated discussions on new lab establishments with multiple new member states. - Designed and implemented new business processes for a complex multi-stakeholder environment to ensure smooth intake of country requests for new UNTIL Labs- Set up Programme Management Office and standards for global UNTIL Program and formulated new projects for the labs globally. - Led the global communication and outreach
