At the start of 2018, I begin to start a sales & customer relationship roles. Beside managing project, I will also need to meet up prospect & client. At May, I get promoted to a manager role where I start to manage project and teams. We work progressively to improve our current system. I also provide training & guide to teammate.

After failed my startup, I join back to Fluoluxus. At that time, the company left only the CEO & Me. Since my experience from a consumer base startup. I initiate to start a marketing department where I am the PIC. We hire a graphic designer that work with me to produce the marketing tools and marketing events. Beside doing marketing, I am also continue as software engineer and also partially project management & SOP maker. At the present year, we work progressively to improve our current system and also design new picking & packing solution that integrate with automated conveyor that bring up the productivity with lower man power cost. At 2017, is a fun year for the company where we get our first project at Thailand, and we participate 2 exhibition oversea & Local. (Prokpak Asia 2017 & Logistware 2017)

I get inspire by my mentor and decided to start a startup with few friends. The industry for this startup is total new field for me. Urban Cares Solutions is a platform to connect confinement lady and pregnancy mother. Our vision is to ease pregnancy mother for looking their suitable confinement lady and help confinement lady to be visible at online community. As the founder team of 4 people, we work very hard to create the booking system, SOP, recruitment, marketing, customer services and other activist to generate transaction. I graduated and convert to full time staff.

I started my intern at my uni Year 2. This is where I begin to gain industry experience especially in the industry of Integrate Logistic/Warehouses. During My intern, I had complete the 1st company website, a membership system and Pick-By-Vision via Android Glass Wearable (Vuzix).

To prepare training material for the Project integration between AM-Insurance and Kurnia.The result of the project is we get 90% attendance for the training that held in whole Malaysia through LMS.
