Responsible for the strategic planning process across product lines as it pertains to purchasing, pricing, and promotional planning.• Responsible for analysis of sales and profitability across all product lines and recommendations of Key Actions to improve profitability to the style level/ sku level • Develop and continually improve methods for product line and gross margin forecasts as well as SKU expectations for all financial plans • Responsible for all necessary inputs from Merchandising for financial plans • Responsible for achieving quarterly, AOP and LRP sales and gross margins across all product lines • Responsible for evaluation of promotional events while making sure overall sales and profit objectives have been met • Identifies procedures for decreasing costs and process improvements across all Merchandising functions as well as ways to improve communications and marketing efficiency • Responsible for key inputs to the quarterly product/circulation process meetings as well as line reviews.• Represents Merchandising Department in key meetings and team process improvement projects

 Individual handling Bottom categories.  Preparation of projection plan according to sale report. Execution of range according to market and seasonal response. Presentation with marketing dept. and company distributor regarding supply of product, so that supply do not get hamper at any cost. Presentation of range to concern marketing people and distributor.  Responsible for product in individual .categories so maintain supply for the same.  Coordination with designer regarding fabric require for concern product.  Handling development process of fabric and color palate according to the season. Work with RAMCO software & Vesture and also key roll play in implement to the company.Working with a production vender: - Parteek apparels in Bangalore, LNJ group in Bangalore, Pita umber creation in Bangalore, Isuzu garments in Tonk & local fabricator’s
