Job Responsibilities:• Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarm system, security systems.• Providing compete Electrical Troubleshooting in textile machineries panels and equipments like PLC, Contractors,3 phase motors, single phase motors, Timers, Relays, Electrical Drawings and other electrical devices of processing machines and Garments Division. • SMD (Surface Mounting Device) PCBs repairing also DIP PCBs repairing of latest machineries in a well equipped manner. • To provide complete technical support in cards repairing and programming of different processors of textile machinery like: Sulzer Textile Machines, Smit Textile Machines.• Providing support to the subordinates in coded value addition. • To Repair different Invertors, Variable frequency drives, UPS, DC Drives, PLC, Control cards and different PCBs of several electronics devices.• To provide complete hardware troubleshooting of different devices.• Performs Repair and installing work at garments machines like Tonello, yilmak , Lstek and other scraping machines as well as laser machines.• Installing of Three Phase breakers, Contractors and UPS and other electrical equipments.• All connection and electrical troubleshooting of panels of machines.• Overall public dealing of garments division with operators, managers and other Externals.
