I love creating clear processes and structure to sales and back office and especially ensuring their smooth integration. When you know how things are handled and especially why, you are able to decide if deviations can be allowed when needed. With data driven mindset the processes and their value are easy to follow up on. As Sales Operations Specialist, I support all stages of the sales cycle, being expert on sales processes and tools with ability to administrate the tools we use in our daily operation. I am involved in a lot of ad hoc tasks as well as larger projects, constantly balancing them and recalculating their criticality for our business. Prioritizing, ability to tolerate and even celebrate changes, clear articulation and understanding both the details and the big picture are essential. I understand and respect both data and people. I share and record my knowledge by creating guidance documentation and giving trainings. MagiCAD Group Oy is a software company. I understand and process license deliveries and data as well as release and renewal processes. In addition to my full-time job at MagiCAD Group I am also a yoga teacher. Yoga skills are handy for SOPs specialist; when being bombarded by different requirements and solving problems - especially after sh*t already hit the fan - it is important to stay zen and to keep the bigger picture in mind. If I face a problem, in addition to fixing it I find out why it happened, has it happened before (if yes, fix more) and could it happen again (if yes, prevent it).I enjoy working independently but even more as a part of team. One of my strongest skills is keeping up the team spirit – and it does not limit to our own team only.Working as Marketing and Sales Coordinator at KOMPAN, I had an even larger variety of tasks, related to marketing and direct customer service. That ensures that my understanding of sales process has a large scope.
