As a customer service director was responsible for the following operations in Lekolar: customer service, outbound marketing and project support. I improved the customer service and outbound processes e.g. by implementing a new contact center system. I acted as an internal auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 1400 both in Finland and in Nordic.

I acted as a project manager for starting a new outsourced call center for a bank customer.

I was responsible for implementation and deployment of the customer feedback process and system including launching a new customer feedback center in ISS Finland. I acted as a concept owner of the Office support services: I was responsible for the product development and supporting the sales team.
