About Tai Le

A dual Master's graduate from the University of Oregon in Strategic Communications and Immersive Media Communication. Graduated from Portland State University with a focus in International Relations and Studies, and a minor in Business and Korean. After contributing to the development and successes of five different organizations, not including two non-profit organizations in the past thirteen years, I am currently seeking for new challenges with a company that I can continue to grow with; bringing along my exceptional management, leadership, and planning abilities. I am an individual that is always striving for growth, striving to learn new things, and striving for continued excellence. Although I have worked between multiple companies and organizations, in this capacity I have interfaced frequently with customers, in addition to staff and company directors. These vast experiences have helped instill not only multi-dimensional communication skills that assist myself to recognize, act, fulfill and satisfy customer needs in order to ensure their continued positive, relationship with the company, but these experiences have pushed me to develop management skills in relations to supervising small and larger groups of people, multitasking multiple projects, and successfully carrying out company goals and visions. As a result, my experiences have imparted with me skills that include: interpersonal and teamwork skills, effective communications skills, and humility; humility to see the bigger picture, and understand that it takes a team to make a change, but a team is only successful if there are members that clearly see the vision.
