I was hired to provide infrastructure solutions supporting building a new data platform and the first cloud-based application on AWS at Point72. I’m working with the Data Engineering Technology (DET) teams to assess, evaluate, and develop the AWS infrastructure strategy, plan, and lead the implementation to support the development and deployment of different DET applications. I’m also working closely with Security and Compliance in evaluating solutions and/or vendors. I standardized the DevOps process for building Cloud-based applications. Furthermore, I also developed and implemented a Cloud FinOps program for DET that resulted in hundreds of thousands in cost savings and then applied the same program for the entire Point72.

This role is considered as a virtual Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft global 50 large customers in the East Coast in various industries (Telco/Media, Retail/CPG, Financial Services, Services); this is also a technical sale role for which I consistently met and exceeded the annual revenue targets (from $25M to $75M). In this role, I was working closely with the clients and/or key stakeholders in shaping a long-term roadmap and strategy toward meeting the business needs as well as digital transformation objectives. INTTRA is the world’s largest ocean shipping electronic (SaaS) marketplace, information and service provider. It is an e-commerce business, offering container booking, shipping instructions, tracking and other related software-based services to ocean logistics. We match containers to the vessels they sail on and process transactions in a stock exchange fashion. INTTRA has 25% market share in the industry with 1 out of 4 containers in global ocean trade being ordered on INTTRA portal. Architected and built a new cloud-based transactional platform on AWS Cloud to replace the current legacy system. Delivered the first product within 7 months to meet the new maritime regulations (SOLAS).

Build out the next SaaS generation of the core software platform and for providing a number of Shared Services to the entire Product Development organization. Guided the design and incremental development of a complex, SOA SaaS based medical claims processing system with a budget of $15 million over 3 years. • Integrated a business rules management system (FICO Blaze Advisor) to increase the auto adjudication rate and to reduce the time taken to bring or to convert new client (health plans). Increased the auto-adjudication rate to 80% with this new claim processing system resulting in improvement in accuracy and reduction in manual processing staff. Successfully converted over 200 clients (health plans) on to the new systems with transparency and zero impact to the members of the health plans.• Achieved simultaneous top-line and bottom-line growth by improving the existing IT capabilities and infrastructures.
