Current● Provide technical training for faculty and students in the use of software and hardware for various programs● Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of departmental hardware and software specializing in Apple-based equipment including tablets and phones● Install and upgrade of hardware and software throughout the office● Manage imaging labs in the College of Education using Deploy Studio, WinClone and Symantec Ghost● Perform server setup though use of DeployStudio● Served as a contact between third party suppliers and the College of Education● Setup and breakdown audio/visual equipment for various events● Act as liaison between different buildings throughout Wayne State campus serviced by the ETC● Execute assessment and resolution of hardware, software, and wireless problems both in house and for buildings covered by College of Education mobile support● Apple server maintenance and updating
