Current- Leading, managing, coaching, and advising my team of international qualifications evaluators to achieve their deliverables, and the goals and strategic direction of the QRS business unit.- Managing production planning, quality assurance and performance of my team to ensure applications are processed in line with NZQA policies, procedures, and systems with top customer service. - Identifying and providing advice on trends, issues, risks, and mitigations required to work within a cost recovery environment and changing internal and external policy parameters and working proactively to ensure best practice in evaluation is implemented and applied by evaluators.- Managing multiple project work programmes with internal and external stakeholders to better align policies, processes, and desired outcomes- Liaising with professional practice and quality assurance teams and overseeing the current Knowledge Management System.- Provide policy and specialist advice on evaluation matters.- Completed Coaching and Mentoring (Development Capability in Others, Coaching in the Workplace, One on One Development), Leadership Clinics – Development Conversations (May 2021), Leadership Clinics - Feedback That Counts (June 2021) and Leadership Clinics: Lifting Performance (July 2021).
