Prepare accurate quotes for pricing and estimates for employee benefits (Group Risk Only), by gathering relevant information and analyzing material and costing;Communicate with insurers (Sanlam, Capital Alliance, Old Mutual & Hollard) daily, with regards to quote validity and the status of quote requests;Have an in-depth knowledge of the different products offered by each insurer;Manage and drive quality service, by always ensuring that quotes are provided to clients and intermediaries within the 48-hour turnaround time;In depth analysis and calculation of big schemes (i.e.: more than 400 members), which involves claims experience; Respond to potential problems and high-level enquiries from brokers, with regards to quotations, terms and conditions, as well as the different risk products;Negotiate for better rates and proof free limits with insurers, in order to secure the business for TSA Administration, as well as all parties involved with the relevant scheme;Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders;Perform in accordance with all four insurers (Sanlam, Capital Alliance, Old Mutual & Hollard) core competency expectations, as well as TSA Administration.

Understand and work on the truck schedule on a daily basis;Create the weekly trucking rounds on a weekly basis by liaising with Planning and Buying regarding the ‘Put Into Stock’;Liaising with external suppliers regarding bookings into DC and maintain the DC delivery schedules;Liaising with suppliers ensuring stock is delivered to CJ DC as per the DC schedule;Liaising with Gemelli Transport Manager for trucking for DC daily loadings;Liaising with Gemelli Accounts for orders to be invoiced as priority;Updating and liaising with DC manager if there are any queries;Create the draft and final workbooks bi-weekly;Create the truck ordering workbook for the DC;Assist with trucking final documents when required;Monitoring the import orders that are ready to be delivered to DC and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed regarding import deliveries that are coming in;Manage and drive the HO responsibilities to meet the cut offs and deadlines for the DC/Truck schedule;Upload IBT scans onto Integrity Retail System, in order to create daily DSV Shipments;Assist with scanning boxes for DSV when needed;Compile the Monthly Consolidated Sales GP Report for the head planner.
