• Manage daily operation, recruitment strategy and quality control processes agency wide with over 20 locations.• Led our HR Department through a company acquisition, resulting in a seamless absorption and integration into our company and policies.• Train all new hires and staff on organizational policies during New Hire Orientation.• Developed a pay-scale system agency wide to better inform compensation decisions.• Developed talent evaluation processes and forms to better assess and hire top talent • Worked in concert with Vice President of HR to develop the HRIS agency-wide performance management portal.• Implemented a Time and Attendance system to better track productivity and performance of over 500 employees.• Built-from-Scratch the New Hire Leadership Program and Orientation (OD/OE Program).

I report directly to the Senior Vice President of Leadership Programs strategizing processes and improving systems for programs and corporate clients. I oversee the programming, online content and communcations etc. of our flagship program among others. I have worked in policy and programs in a multitude of aspects, including my studies at Oxford University on European economic policy. Through federal policy legislation, advocacy, and programming for our members I work with senior college and university administrators to create programs that make higher education affordable, accessible, and as efficient as possible for students attending all sectors of higher education.

I worked on multiple projects that informed higher education federal policy decisions. I collaborated with the policy team doing research and planning for publications. I used research technology to run simulations on real-time student and collegiate data.Performed CPA statistical analysis simulations on student aid, graduation rates, and Title IV funding.Coordinated the process of strategic data collection for in-depth research analysis.Worked with governmental affairs staff on Gainful Employment and the Post 9/11 GI Bill enhancements.Created reports and established external partnerships for policy related reports, briefs, and studies.
