As an Employment Consultant for PeoplePlus I am responsible with managing a caseload of Jobseekers and guide them through the customer journey back into sustainable employment. Initially I began on 2nd jobs, dealing with more work ready clients with a view to guide them into employment driving outcomes and monitoring sustains to ensure profits are genrated for the company. Aside from Consulting, on 2nd Jobs, I was also tasked with supporting clients whilst in work. This was done with a view to ensure that if there were any employment issues we reaxt fast and try to find suitable alternatives to keep clients in work. In Nov 2014 I was moved across on to 1st Jobs, similar role but required a different focus. Working with less "work ready" clients supporting them into their frist jobs whilst on the WP. During this role I worked as a Business Banking Consultant for LTSB Plc. I took inbound calls from our customers, also potential ones; with a view to assist them with their daily banking needs. During the course of this employment I developed extensive product knowledge and understood what goals and ambitions the business had set out. In addition to my main role I was also selected as an Account Opener for New customers. This allowed me to speak to a vast range of Business Owners and Lenders, further developing my knowledge and prospects.The company went through a huge change when LTSB acquired HBOS and Halifax bank. New systems were put in place and it was important to maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours and towards supporting others as this new merger meant increased business to Lloyd Banking Group.
