As a Registered Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership, I have a strong understanding of care home compliance and CQC regulations, which helps me improve quality standards.My travels around the world have broadened my cultural awareness, enabling me to provide care and management that respect different cultural needs. This, combined with my clinical skills, allows me to succeed in various health and social care environments.In 2020, I started Believe by Tajá (believebytaja.co.uk) to advocate for mental health and wellbeing.
