Build and Maintain candidates relationship, pipeline, and proven ability to self-manage multiple positions by sourcing, screening, qualifying, coordinating, interviews, negotiating and closing candidates. • Responsible for direct sourcing along with managing the vendors for all requirements. • Aggressively follow up with Clients for feedback on candidate status & discussing offers to be made and follow up with candidates till they join. • Taking the regular final result follow-up from the Candidates / Corporate.
