.• Involved in Estimation,Tendering and Procurement for supply ,installation and commissioning of materials and equipments for Oil & Gas Projects in India,Middle East and Africa• To review / assess technical Specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and Drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.• Procuring materials from all over the world as the requirement of project specification for Power,Oil & Gas and Construction projects in Middle East,Africa and India• Understanding the needs of the Customers regarding material grades like ASTM,API and ANSI for Pipes,Fittings,flanges,Valves,Fasteners ,Pigs,Pumps ,compressors,Tanks,cranes and other Mechanical equipments.• Study the technical offers & assess compliance or declare deviations for each product.• To prepare and issue Purchase Orders to vendors and contractors, to issue Bank Guarantees, to evaluate supplier quotes , to ensure timely supply of materials• To conduct site visits,to supervise installations and commissions of Tanks,pumps,compressors piping materials,link seals and other project related equipments .• • To review the contractors invoice and approve the same• To prepare L/C Documentation,Reviewing contractual terms and conditions, Reviewing QC Documents regarding material specifications and inspection test plan. • To arrange for Third Party Inspection as per project requirements and reviewing of MTC’S.• To witness PMI,MPI,DPT ,Normalising and Mechanical Tests as per ASTM Standards.• To look into Export and Import by liaisioning with freight forwarders and shipping companies for timely delivery of materials at site• Prepare and update work breakdown structures and project Schedules as required.• Interpreting clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.• Preparing all project related activities such as site progress report, cost analysis, billing report and quality management report
