Responsibilities:  Majorly responsible for handling the accounts of the prominent vendors and clients and generating revenue by placing candidates on projects. Generating the Purchase Orders / Work Orders and scrutinizing the terms. Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, qualifying, technical evaluation and reference checks and placing the Candidate at the client side. Marketing consultants on the bench and getting them projects as per their requirements. Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of BDE’s, Sr BDE’s, Associate BDM’s and BDM’s, in achieving the set targets and goals of the team(s) and individuals. Understanding the list of available consultants including their areas of specialization and constraints in locations and fees. Searching for suitable requirements for the consultants on the job portals (i.e., dice, monster, net-temps, career builder), and other internet based resources (i.e., indeed, linked-in etc.) Pre-screen candidates over the phone to qualify for open requisitions. Responsible for organizing technical interviews, coordination with the clients/managers for feedback, reference checking, doing background checks and organization of complete hiring process Submitting the resumes to the gained contact of a found company after updating it as per the requirement. Maintaining the contact for a longer run in business and following up with them on a regular basis to inquire about any possible feedbacks on the already submitted profiles or any new requirements. Scheduling the interviews (phone and inperson) for the submitted candidates through the clients and making the necessary preparations for the better outcome from it. Closing the deal by placing the consultant at a clients place.
