Airline, Gds, Reservation & Ticketing - It Development Consultant
Working on Commercial Applications IT Development for a leading Airline in Finland, Europe.Key Role -- Testing and Implementation of Ancillary Services with Partner Airlines from OneWorld Group.- NDC Testing & Implementation Support.- Knowledge of Departure Control System (DCS) Online Tool. Testing of different DCS activities and validating same in TEST System before it has been implemented in Production Environment.- Core Knowledge of Amadeus Ticketing and Reservation.- Performing Trouble Shooting when errors found in Amadeus Tool by Users and reporting same to Amadeus with required details for Investigation and to fix their end. Validating results when fix has been done.- Interaction with different Partner Airlines worldwide for mainly Ancillary Implementation and also Ticketing related implementation and validation.- Assisting in GDS Distribution worldwide along with tracking New Implementations and ensuring smooth functioning of the one's which are already implemented.- Following up with Amadeus for each reported issue and ensuring timely investigation done. - Raising of Work Orders with Amadeus and following up on same for new services required in different markets worldwide.- Assisting in different areas of Fares & Pricing, Revenue Integrity, Passenger Revenue Accounting(PRA), Departure Control System (DCS),Customer Service, PNR Push, New Distribution Capability, Inventory, Amadeus Retailing Platform ARP, Amadeus Anytime Merchandising AAM.
