CarbonCraft is a material innovation start-up, working on the ideology of intersecting Architecture, Engineering Craft & Technology to solve the massive problem of air pollution and climate change.Along with my team of relentless Architects and industrial Designers. I led the research and development of India's first CO2-stored tile, a breakthrough in sustainable construction.

• Innovated Circular & Sustainable concrete & asphalt mix by using waste Steel Slag. [The solution will replace 45% of natural aggregate hence reducing 10kgs of carbon emission for 1m3 of concrete and asphalt mix]• Training (deepening and widening) & cleaning (with innovative techniques) of the Mithi River. [Removed 40 lakh M3 silt of the river by Deeping 800mm hence enhancing the capacity of the river by 5-15% to carry storm water]• Hydraulic (Velocity, Flow & Discharge) Study of Mithi River. [ Designed and increased stormwater drainage capacity of the river by 15-20% given heavy rainfall patterns due to Climate Change]• Constructed 1200M of retaining wall along the bank of Mithi river [ Controlled flooding in 3 zones of the river]• Conducted QA/QC & safety inductions for contractor’s staff and workers. [ Increased construction, material and workmanship quality by 40-45%]• Reviewed, Re-designed & introduced new concepts in manuals of QA/QC and work methodology for contractor [ Overall quality of structure/martial get improved and speed of construction get increased by 30%]

• Planning and execution of work as per the approved design and drawing.• Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and executing the steel work as per the approved structural design of the RUB segment.• Checking and maintaining all the quality, safety, and standard of reinforcement, road, subbase, steel, earth, and excavation work.• Preparing and maintaining data for technical, concrete, steel, labor, machinery, hindrance, safety,material passing, shuttering, cube test, steel test and pour card registers.• Preparing and verifying sub-contractor's bills.• Preparing daily, and weekly progress reports also preparing bar charts, and attending meetings with clients for the same also tracking the progress.• Investigating and evaluating the geological and geotechnical profiles of rock and sand for box pushing and RH girder launching.• Preparing variations in tender documents and taking administrative approval after technical sanction.• Checking and marinating the quality of concrete by visiting the RMC plant.• Recording and verifying Measurement Book (MB) for the bill.
