• Collaborate with Product Development and Commercialization teams to determine and integrate the best possible technical application for product quality without compromising on design specification and cost allowance
• Work closely with Planning team and support to identify potential problems that could affect mass-production
• Ensure supplier’s adherence with timelines (e.g. molds, lasts, components delivery) and instructs personnel to respect these delivery timelines
• Transfer meetings with Vendor and VF associates. Effectively establish expectations for each model, and ensure execution of actions
• Elaborate seasonal tracker with weekly updates, including tech reports, new patterns and SOP. Execute transfer operations (dual source, etc) per request from Production Planning team
• Execute production trial in conjunction with factory team. Capturing and documenting all "Critical points of attention" for mass-production

Chittagong, Bangladesh

• Work closely to assist as required in the implementation and monitoring of Timberland’s Key Initiatives within the factory.
• Follow up quality systems to ensure factories are compliant with quality requirements on every stage of development and the manufacturing cycle.
• Receive model transfer packages and work with factory counterparts to ensure factories are testing and checking data accurately and correctly and following Timberland’s required standards.
• Attend all Production Trials in micro level with all technical issues, making corrections and adjustments to production procedures and SOP’s as required. Evaluate and adjust (if necessary) line set-up to maximize.
• Check and assist in the monitoring of the production line during start-up of a new model to ensure production status and product meet TBL required quality standards.
• Work closely with seasonal transfers of new articles and allocation with factory production line

Chittagong, Bangladesh

• As a Quality Assurance Inspector:
• Tracking/monitoring inspection status from factory and performing final inspection of production lot, checking packing details, specification sheet, Swatch book, confirmation sample, lab test report.
• Daily product review in production line and discussion with production team about quality standard and acceptable limit
• Process monitoring with SOP, machine setting and operation parameters
• Every day laboratory test monitoring and data analysis
• Working about quality process audit and giving feedback to factory management where need to improve

• Conceptualize new footwear designs.
