Combining operational data with engineering assumptions such as weibull distribution characteristics supplied by the project team to analyse changes in engine parts failure probability rates over time. - Using a set of tools to deliver further meaningful Intelligence and transforming these data Inputs into valuable information for stakeholders within Civil Aerospace by providing fleet and operational plan forecasts of when engines are due for maintenance over the contract term. - Performing operational plan analysis & highlighting key aspects of the forecast ensuring adhoc contractual clauses obtained from commercial reviews are considered and calculated, specifically when a generic toolset cannot provide the intelligence to do so prior to obtaining approval. - Completing a review of 'Actuals' vs 'Forecasted' financial data whilst making accruals and deferrals adjustments to the forecast if necessary. - Providing contractual knowledge from commercial reviews to forecast customer shop visit costs and calculating contractual variable or fixed revenues and concessions. - Conducting a Variance Analysis and providing VA commentary between current vs previous forecasts, explaining any variances to the overall contractual financial position, specifically the % cost complete and net profit margin to wider stakeholders.

KPI's showed < 1% of invoices raised at 'Go Live' required reissuing due to errors which showed the training implemented within the team was deemed successful.
