• Reports to the Executive Director and contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting and accounting• Assist the Executive Director and the Board Treasurer with financial reporting as required at Board meetings and the Annual General Meetings and provide advice to support the decision making process• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures• Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash• Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget• Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure• Prepare all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner• Assist with the negotiations and manage the employee insurance and benefits plans

• Check daily cash flow.• Check & control account payable payment, account receivable statement, and general journal.• Preparing location operational and capital expenses budget, control and presentation using the budget• Support financial statement and audit data report• Classification warranty expenses from warranty team report, invoice Spare part department and warranty payment from Japan & Thailand.• Inventory control (in-out and used by department)• Fixed asset control (depreciation & amortization)• Reconcile accounts of general ledger • Control of Free Service & Warranty Expenses• Check Tax Recapitulation (tax art.21, 23, 26)• Check Vat In & Vat Out• Prepare monthly report (P/L & B/S)• Prepare Logistic / Inventory report for Insurance purpose• Ensure all payment process done properly• Manage daily & monthly Cash Flow• Manage Bank book and prepare bank reconciliation
