Working directly in the salesforce lighting application to retrieve products, rates and benefit grids on behalf of fully- insured, self- insured clients and clients who are part of a Consortium. Inserting and customizing new and existing information through the eClipse and Flow database. Such as benefits updates, adding new clients, client cancellation, inserting demographic information, and premium rates for clients. Also, verifying new and existing broker/producers credentials through the DCM database. Through my experience as an Analyst I have assist with system checkouts, in which are primarily goal is to ensure that the all functions are working effectively.

Incumbent maintains corporate files for clients and group demographics, benefits, and rate information. Review and analyzes initial entry data, processes , and finalizes standard and customized data, resolves client specific customer requests and writes clean-up reports.
