Hello, I'm Takfarinas, an Aerodynamicist with a PhD in Aerospace Engineering. My passion lies in bridging cutting-edge research with real-world engineering challenges by leveraging my expertise in experimental, computational, and theoretical fluid dynamics, to advance our understanding of turbulent flows, improve aerodynamic efficiency, and develop innovative flow control strategies.Throughout my career, I've worked on various topics pertaining to urban and atmospheric flows, transportation, and renewable energy systems. I have been fortunate to contribute to high-impact projects such as optimising jet-based flow control and developing drag prediction tools, both critical for reducing emissions and enhancing industrial performance. Alongside my technical contributions, I have had the privilege of fostering collaborations, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.My goal is to apply research development to solve pressing engineering challenges.
