I am a software developer with expertise in integrated model and research software development with a focus on the water resources sector. My Doctorate focused on the methods and approaches in developing integrated environmental models in support of policy development and management. I also hold two master’s degrees: Master of Technology (University of Canberra) and Master of Environment (Natural Resource Management, ANU). A core interest of mine is the development of tools and models for the exploratory modelling of socio-environmental systems. I have contributed to open-source tools for sensitivity analysis, bibliometric analysis, risk assessment, hydrological modelling and agricultural management modelling. These projects are in Python and Julia, my preferred programming languages. I am also familiar with (in descending order) R, C, Fortran, and MATLAB. I am additionally comfortable with web and database related technologies including Javascript, PHP, and SQL.
