Current- Recruit, interview, and hiring of store team Assistant Managers, Core Sales, and Seasonal Sales. - Maximize profitability by teaching team sales culture & company cultural values.- Execute development to train & retain next generation Store Managers;evaluate performance of sales team & their attributes to strive in the workplace.- Lead District conversation within profitability, targeted training, and merchandising.- Minimize loss through team motivation, customer service, and managing operations. - Create strategic action plans to impact Trade Area sales from Period to Cycle to Year.- Adjust operations based on KPI, payroll, & localized market. - Evaluate results to impact localized merchandising to better connect with customers.
