As hard as self describing can be, here are my honest thoughts:I am hard working, always looking for the future with a vision in mind. I have great analytical skills, assessing information in order to facilitate it towards a conclusion and action. I am a people person, able to work alone or with a team. Teamwork brings the best out of me and focuses me on tasks, while in solo work I need precise details and a long leash. I consider myself adaptive in nature, learning new information, change in work environment, using new tools and more. I like implementing tech into my work environment. I have high expectations from myself and my peers.The ideal organization for us is one that that believes in me and recognizes my added value, my approach with creative thinking and questioning the dogma. I can be defiant when I encounter injustice or abuse of power, otherwise, I accept authority and am deeply loyal. Workplace atmosphere is important to me, meaning that I care about the people I work with and I believe in the power of a strong united organization.I see leadership as the need of one person to take care of his group by making them feel a sense of belonging and security, i.e., making them a group that works together as a unit with a sense of shared goal.
