Hello my name is Tal Holi,I am a 22-year-old former warrior in the Givati Brigade and successfully completing the "CHCSS" course at the "Kernelios" Knowledge Center. Currently, I am fulfilling the role of a Help Desk Support Technician at Maccabi Health Services, overseeing IT support for an organization containing 15,000 employees.Throughout the "CHCSS" course, I acquired comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the following subjects:Cyber: understanding of fundamental concepts related to common cyber attacks and mitigation.Network: TCP/IP module, common protocols, and configuration of routers and switches of cisco on "packet tracer".IT systems: operating systems such as Windows, windows server, Active Directory and Linux (LPIC-1).In my capacity as a Help Desk Support Technician, I have honed my skills in managing diverse responsibilities, including Active Directory, Citrix software, VDI, SCCM, Snow (Service now), Pivotal and Office 365. I am also well-versed in installing and repairing both software and hardware components.I bring to the table a robust capacity for rapid and independent learning, complemented by excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, and a positive and proactive attitude. Eager for new challenges, I am actively seeking opportunities in the fields of IT and Cyber Security, where I can apply my skills and contribute to the success of a dynamic team or organization.
