Project Lead of the SFINCS (Solar Field INtegrated Control System), for Ashalim solar power plant in Israel.• POC for communication with external companies (GE) and the construction internal team for any software need.• Defining system requirements (emphasize on safety requirements), including tests and writing documentation accordingly.• Adjust the SFINCS schedule to align it with multiple parties, inside and outside the company.

Worked on Ivanpah project (the world's largest thermo solar plant located in California). The product is a complicated software that controls over 150K heliostats and directs them how to move at each moment.• Manage a group of system engineers to comply with the support agreement of the plant by providing new features to improve safety & performances, events investigation, training, reports, and any other needs from the product.• Identify gaps in performances by comparing the actual outcome with the model and designing features to overcome these gaps. • End to end delivery of new features (working in agile methodology). From identifying the need, through defining requirements, integrating, prioritizing and all the way to validation.• Design and implement automation of manual activities as well as custom reports from large-scale data using SQL.
