Conducted risk surveys at the company’s various sites while managing a number of sites in parallel - Europe, Asia, USA.Examined relevant regulatory requirements and analyzed reference threats at the various sites based on their geographic location and the company’s global operation, while working with law enforcement and local authorities.Specified and defined the company’s security approach policy from stage 0 - writing of security procedures, work programs and development of an annual budget.Wrote security system and physical security tenders for security companies and suppliers, including SLA, contracts, appendices, BOQs, Gantt charts, professional training to security teams, documentation, management of security tasks, and setting performance indices (KPIs).Prepared security plans and budgets for construction projects in a total of 3 plants spanning an area of approx. 15,000 square meters each. Selected suppliers, approved budgets, and accompanied projects throughout all construction stages until handover and implementation of all systems.Prepared the security program for the company’s campus (44,000 square meters) – defined security means, circles of security, global control room specification, security perception, and command and control systems.
