• Advising senior management of Bio-Tech companies with the establishment of adequate financial departments, prior to issuing public offerings, including assistance in prospectus preparation, advisory on tax aspects and issuance-related regulation compliance• Providing a wide range of accounting services for high-tech & biotech companies, including leading Israeli and American public corporations and startup companies• Editing and preparing yearly and quarterly consolidated statements in compliance with the IFRS, US GAAP and Israeli GAAP standards and regulations• Handling Israeli innovation authority and ministry of economy reports• Auditing and preparing tax reports including tax reconciliation and encouragement of capital investment law
