Responsible for leading design and development of product qualification and validation methodologies and models to improve product quality and to optimize product outgoing quality vs. test cost.Consultant in the areas of Design-of-Experiments, statistical sampling and data analysis. Managing projects to collect long-term data on actual product aging in the field. Mentoring and coaching engineers, creating and teaching internal courses for personal and professional development.In charge of promoting work-life balance and wellbeing to ensure a balanced work place and life style.

Primary focus on front-end reliability failure modes, through extensive interaction with product design, Si process development, post-Si validation and test teams, assembly and test sites.Support of all product qualification activities on several generations of microprocessors, covering Si technologies from 90nm down to 32nm.
