Current• Managing the development of the ETX product line for creating smart access to the network constituting the Company flagship products • Leading the development for supporting a wide variety of applications while meeting goals of delivering products on time to customers in Israel and abroad • Partnering in characterizing the product while participating in discussions with the Marketing and Sales Departments, formulating offers, alternatives, and defining the schedule • Team Management (Direct and Matrix); in Israel and abroad, recruitment, induction, professional instruction, allocating tasks, monitoring goals and schedules• Formulating work plans as well as setting teams goals deriving from Company business goals • Streamlining and improving processes; implementing technologies, tools and methodologies, streamlining work processes and reducing development and production times • Managing interfaces, including Hardware, FPGA, QA, System and Technical Documentation Departments while prioritizing tasks and providing instructions • Managing crises while working directly with customers, including providing a response to malfunctions, formulating solutions and presenting to Development Management
