Managment, oversight and training of Tax Consultants which is a unique position rooted in sales that also requires a combination of customer service skills and technical proficiency in regards to the IRS’ Collection Division. The Tax Consultant is the first point of contact from a potential client whose primary function is to recommend resolutions to inquiring potential clients taxing issues in order to provide relief from enforced collection or the threat of enforced collection from taxing authorities, as well as, explaining the processes involved, setting expectations and answering general questions of the potential client. The consultant is responsible for setting the fees for our service, explaining the preliminary plan of tax resolution, facilitating and obtaining the initial documentation required from the client, collecting the initial retainer or entire fee for the service provided and seamlessly transition the client from the initial contact to the operations department.
