Beyond her pharmacy background, Tala is deeply passionate about human rights and youth empowerment. As a former Project Coordinator at the Adaleh Center for Human Rights Studies, she actively advanced human rights initiatives and developed a profound understanding of the importance of advocacy. Tala's role as a trainer and facilitator in leadership and human rights for various civil society organizations, including Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, has equipped her with the skills to empower others and drive positive change. Notably, she was selected as a member of the Youth Advisory Group for the Human Rights 75 Initiative, representing the MENA region.
