my main responsibility was managing all the organization man power working mainly by the whole employment cycle basics and my job description was mainly as following:1) Planing the man power requirement by setting the job descriptions, specifications and the number needed in each team. 2) Setting the interviewing criteria and making interviews 3) Making the HR training plan and reviewing the whole teams training plans 4) Evaluating each member according to a preset criteria to evaluate his performance and the stage he is on now. 5)Making sure that each member is working with full satisfaction about what he is doing 6)Managing the weak members by direct couching and personal calls
