Manages HJF's programmatic and subject matter expert (SME) support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency's (DTRA) Biological Threat Reduction Program (BTRP). Oversees HJF's implementation of BTRP activities which are designed to improve biological safety and security, strengthen biological risk management, and enhance surveillance to prevent, detect and prepare to mitigate especially dangerous and emerging pathogens that may threaten public health. Contract portfolio lines of effort include: Central Command (CENTCOM) Regional Support, Jordan SME Support, and Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Regional Support.

Contractor with the Henry M. Jackson Foundation (HJF) serving as a Program Coordinator for the Combatant Commands Disease Surveillance Coordination Project with the Center’s Program and Joint Force Support (PJFS) Division.

Served as the primary resource to the 5 divisions within the Program Operations Business Unit (Domestic Operations, International Operations, USU Operations, Clinical Trials, and Regulatory Affairs) providing administrative programmatic support and coordination in grant/contract management, financial oversight and project execution.
