Resettlement research and policy support to the MENA Protection Bureau.

• Manage Sandstorm Digital FZE operation in Jordan.• Established large Public Relations database of bloggers, influencers and media personnel in the Middle East.• Support International companies tap into the Middle East market through strong regional network and Arabic content. • Provide free resource and training to the region specific to content marketing. • Producing relevant content for clients through research and curating. • Help develop processes for analysis/impact of campaigns• Research competitor activities and constant search for backlink opportunities.

• Prepare and disseminate information and reports as well as public information to external sources, beneficiaries and other stakeholders • Maintain close relationship to embassies, implementing partners, governments, UN agencies, etc. and disseminates regular information updates, assist in organising donor briefings, responds to information requests, support in coordination of inter-agency meetings.• Plan and facilitate visits to the Jordan operation including high profile visitors, media and other stakeholders. • Assist in write up of situation reports, press releases, pamphlets and articles for internal and external distribution.• Establish and maintain close working relations with television, radio and news agencies to keep them regularly informed on UNHCR’s activities in the country and ensure appropriate media coverage;• Support campaigns and activities to disseminate information on UNHCR and raise public awareness on refugee issues;• Respond to press and public queries for information on all aspects of UNHCR’s operations• Keep the Office informed of the implications of political, cultural and social developments that may affect UNHCR’s activities in the country;• Work closely with Senior Management, Donor Countries and Program unit in order to develop appropriate donor visibility material for various projects as well as organize project launches in coordination with various implementing partners. • Develop visibility material and advisory role to UNHCR visibility throughout the operation. (required uniform, signs, flags, logo)• Co-manage UNHCR Jordan social media accounts with regular input. • Monitor, collect and analyse media coverage• Assist in researching, preparing, fact-checking, editing, and producing professional media and communications materials and ensure their timely dissemination via UNHCR's communications channels.

- Identify resettlement cases through careful review and following requirements and guidelines. - Prepare resettlement submissions among applicable categories by interviewing refugees for resettlement and where applicable conduct refugee status determination, filing out the Resettlement Registration Forms (RRFs) and preparing relevant submissions to resettlement countries.- Focal point of medical related cases that require resettlement.

- Conduct refugee eligibility and status determination ensuring compliance with UNHCR procedural standards and international protection principles. - Counsel asylum seekers and refugees on legal matters. speciality in SGBV, Children and PTSD beneficiaries.- Extensive research on country of origin information. - Produce monthly trend report.
