BO -Leader- SBSاسم الشركةSchlumbergerتواريخ العمل‏يوليو 2000 – الحالي مدة العمل17 عاما 6 أشهرالموقع الجغرافيUnited Arab EmiratesDrive:• Support and implement SBS transformation processes (loading offloading, Wash bay Service, Yard Management) in Mussafah base by Q3.• Review all Mussafah base forklifts and prepare a major maintenance plan and 1-clicks raised by Q3.• Review all wash bay equipment and ensure all repairs are completed by Q3.Commitment:• Monitor all Base operational related 3rd party contractors cost, 95% PO’s to be created by Q4.• Review the HSE certification of all 3rd party contractors and ensure 95% completion by Q4.• Yard space management: Ensure segments are utilizing areas in the yard efficiently and conduct a monthly inspections, to be reported in QUEST by Q4.Integrity:• Quest trainings certification 95% by Q4.• Loading/offloading process to be reviewed and implement controls to avoid SQ issues by Q4.• Ensure all iBase tickets for Loading/offloading and Wash bay are closed end of each month. Q4Team Work:• Inspect and prepare a report for forklifts HSE compliance and report in Quest by Q4.• Ensure yard housekeeping is well maintained and no service quality issued. By Q3.• Along with the team, review Mussafah base forklift and wash bay helper’s costs and suggest potential savings by Q3.
