• Reported to the VP - HR International and dotted line Senior Vice President - Commercial Operation, ME and GCC for managing all HR operations of the GCC and Middle East region, handling 14 stations with total of 700 employees.• Led and managed all aspects of recruitment, induction, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, training and performance management.• Developed and implemented strategic plans to meet the organization’s manpower requirements and ensured proper utilization of existing human resources to meet organizational objectives.• Led and managed recruitment of Emirates Airlines’ outstations at a supervisory and managerial level including screening and reviewing applications, shortlisting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts.• Managed onboarding of new employees including induction & orientation programs; acquainted new joinees with their job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.• Acted as the main HR consultant for Gulf and Middle East region; served as a strategic partner and change agent to business leaders and management on key human capital issues.• Monitored the performance of all outstation staff, ensured the execution of semi-annual and annual performance appraisals, and led employee development initiatives and trainings to develop employees for senior-level roles. • Conducted training workshops for outstations managers; handled the disciplinary process & staff issues at different levels.• Handled employee relations problems based on established policies, labor laws and in consultation with respective department managers and ensured prompt resolution.
