Talal Kassem earned his B.Sc. degree in Computer Math from the Beirut University College (BUC / now LAU) in 1990-1991. Talal could have gained a second B.Sc. degree in Computer Science had he completed one additional course which is ISP, but time was not suitable. He started giving private lessons during his secondary years at school. After his graduation, he joined many vocational schools and taught there. He also worked at some companies and for few months in accounting, programming, and systems maintenance. After that, he joined Eduware in 1996 as a trainer and started teaching all the Microsoft Office programs besides AutoCad, Adobe Flash, and CorelDraw... As a trainer at Eduware, he taught teachers at several schools; among these schools are the Rafic Hariri High School, AlBayader and many others. In addition to that, Talal taught basic computer skills at Haigazian University and gave a web design course at LAU (Extension program). Having taught the Microsoft Office programs, pushed Talal to get certified in these programs; so, he gained the Micorsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master certificate. By time, he became a training manager for almost 1 year. During his training management, he gave Training the Trainer course. After Eduware, Talal taught at Rawdah High School for 6 years and helped in creating computer books for the school. While at Rawdah High School, he stayed engaged with Eduware in the afternoon by teaching ICT in Education in the Lebanese University. After having left Rawdah High school, Talal came back to Eduware as a full time Training Manager and Senior trainer teaching at Makassed and other schools besides developing Computer books. From the year 2017 and till now, Talal is teaching at Heritage College (Grades: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and Special Needs students) and AUB-CEC (Special Needs students). Now Talal is seeking for a full or part time job at a suitable institute
